WE ECHO

Ideas don't stop whenthey are launched

Most companies treat a launch as a finish line. It is closer to a first breath.

An idea released into a market becomes a signal. Signals get repeated, distorted, adopted. Repetition becomes movement. Movement becomes echo. The job is not to make the loudest noise on day one — it is to build something with enough structure that it survives being repeated by people who were never in the room.

That is the whole discipline: design for the echo, not the announcement.
