The brief, honestly
Overview
In a category where sameness is fatal, the house was producing beautiful campaigns that could have belonged to anyone. Four seasons later, its imagery is identified without the logo — and reused by editors who were never sent a kit.
The problem
Campaign imagery indistinguishable from six competitors, in a market that pays for distinction.
“A market learns a register faster than it learns a name.
The insight the work turned on
The system
Two lights, one movement, a fixed crop discipline. Every frame had to survive being printed a metre wide and cropped by someone else.
How it was made
We reduced before we added. The palette became two lights and one movement, and each season was made to repeat the last rather than replace it.

What we delivered
- Four seasonal campaigns
- Film series
- Editorial system
- Store imagery
What changed
- 3.4x saved-post rate
- Two unpaid editorial features
- One house style, now imitated
Taste is a discipline before it is a look.
