The brief, honestly
Overview
Six venues, six voices, one marketing budget spent arguing. We replaced personality with atmosphere: one register the group shares, and a temperature each room is allowed to keep.
The problem
Each venue advertised against the others and trained guests to choose one.
“Atmosphere is the most durable form of advertising.
The insight the work turned on
The system
Material palette first, language second. Menus, signage and staff scripts all inherit a single register.
How it was made
We wrote the group's tone before touching a logo, then tested it on the two venues least alike.

What we delivered
- Group positioning
- Naming system
- Environmental and material direction
What changed
- +22% covers across the group
- Cross-venue visits up
- One brand, six temperatures
Consistency is what lets difference mean something.
