Luxury is getting quieter

A decade ago, premium meant more: more gold, more adjectives, more frames per second.

The buyers who set the tone now read volume as insecurity. In luxury real estate especially, the material that converts is the material that withholds — one plan, one light study, one honest number, presented as though the reader has judgement of their own.

This is not a style preference. It is a pricing decision. Every unnecessary claim you make invites a negotiation you did not need to have.
